During our studies in electrical engineering (1983) at Sharif University, with the cooperation of two friends from the same university, we established the micro-software company. The company grew rapidly in the country's informatics industry and became well-known. During my 14 years active time in this company, in addition to being a member of the board of directors, I had different managerial responsibilities.
Fourteen years later, after leaving the micro-software, I decided to start another company with a specialized field of software, software production which led to the establishment of Andisheh Nezam Engineering in 2008.
One of my specialties that has been acquired over the past years is the official expertise of justice in the field of information technology. This was achieved after going through the relevant legal procedures and taking the oath in 2000, and I became a member of the Association of Official Experts of Justice.
In 2001, with my colleagues' cooperation , I established the Hamrahan Law Institute and extended my activity in the field of law / expertise in information technology.
Also, my extensive experience in the field of information and communication technology helped me cooperate with many companies and organizations, including a large number of banks in the country, as a consoler and advisor.
In the field of diplomacy, after the decision of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal and during the relevant process, I was elected as the legal representative of this country in Iran as an honorary consul and was officially introduced to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. And with the consent of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I established a consulate in Tehran and my diplomatic activities started officially on July 2011.
In 2018, I was promoted to the position of Consul General by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
